The house sits on the Watauga in Elizabethton, Carter County parcel 035O A 038.00. You walk out to the dock. Hunter Bridge — 1625 Broad — is the same street, same water, just up the run. Wilbur Dam is the dam that actually feeds this tailwater. When generation is up, this is a river trip. When it is down, it is a wade off the boards.
Three bedrooms — each with a door and a window — and two baths. Covered dock, patio, fire pit, hot tub coming soon, Blackstone outdoor griddle, 100″ big-screen TV, covered parking, Tesla charging, parking for 6. House interiors wait until the rooms are finished.
